Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while upholding policy.
• Promote customer service culture and greet, help and thank customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and merchandise presentations.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planogram changes (POGs).
