Job summary

• Two years of retail experience preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% world-class customer service.
• Open and close shifts; manage POS drawers and cash handling.
• Process incoming donations and merchandise flow.
• Enforce loss prevention and risk management policies.
• Maintain a neat, safe store environment.
• Assist with inventory control and rotation of merchandise.
• Learn merchandise knowledge and pricing trends.
• Complete counts and reports; handle deposits per policy.
• Follow Guiding Principles and Core Values.
• Participate in training and in-store activities as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
