Goodwill Dallas is seeking a Key Holder to lead customer service, manage POS and cash handling, and ensure store security and merchandise processing. You will support opening/closing duties, inventory rotation, and daily reporting in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position emphasizes loss prevention, training opportunities, and adherence to Goodwill policies. Previous supervisory retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years retail and one year supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills and MS Word/Excel/Outlook usage.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure 100% world-class customer service.
• Open and close operations including assigning POS drawers and cash handling.
• Process incoming donation flow.
• Maintain loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Keep the store neat, clean, and safe.
• Assist in inventory control and rotation of apparel and hard goods.
• Maintain merchandise knowledge and pricing accuracy.
• Complete daily cash reports, deposits, and reports.
• Support team training and duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
• Attend in-service trainings as assigned.
