Job summary

Goodwill Industries Of Dallas Inc is seeking a Keyholder to support store operations with frontline leadership, cash handling, and loss prevention. Under supervision of Team Leader, you will help open/close shifts, manage POS, and ensure secure donation processing.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years in retail and one year in supervision, and basic computer skills. Training opportunities and a chance to contribute to community-focused work are provided.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of two (2) years retail and one (1) year supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills with experience using standard software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% world-class customer service and assist customers with inquiries.
• Open and close shifts, assign drawers, and document team availability.
• Handle and process donations; ensure proper donation flow.
• Support loss prevention and risk management policies and procedures.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe store facility.
• Assist inventory control and rotation of apparel and hard goods.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and pricing awareness.
• Ensure accurate counts and daily deposits per policy.
• Complete reports and shred or transmit required records daily.
• Perform duties in line with Guiding Principles and Core Values.
• Participate in additional duties as assigned by supervision.
• Attend training and development sessions as directed.
