Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store when management is absent, start systems and handle cash.
• Process returns, voids, refunds, and cash drops; provide change at registers.
• Deliver distinctive customer experience and assist customers with products and services.
• Open back door for deliveries and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and signage; assist with displays and resets.
• Support bookkeeping, cash reports, ledgers, and bill payments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations for regulated products and bag checks.
