Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in a retail setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs
• Lead by example to deliver a welcoming and knowledgeable store atmosphere and resolve customer issues
• Supervise team members and support their training and development in product knowledge and sales skills
• Ensure adherence to alcohol laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards
