Job summary

Michaels Stores in Rio Grande, NJ is hiring store team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, courteous checkout experience.

You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and in-store recovery while promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. The role requires standing for long periods and occasional heavy lifting, with evenings and weekends common.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Stocking, truck unload, and planogram duties.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
