Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Mount Olive, NJ is hiring a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance, participate in BOPIS/SFS processes, and support safety and store-recovery programs. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties.
• Support omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in store recovery, safety programs, and shrink reduction efforts.
• Cross trained in framing sales and production activities as needed.
