Zusammenfassung

Michaels Wilkes-Barre is hiring a part-time Service Team Member to help customers shop and complete checkout efficiently. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining in-stock, well-merchandised shelves.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, promoting loyalty programs, handling payouts at the register, and supporting store recovery efforts while remaining flexible for nights and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.
• Flexible schedule with nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Aufgaben

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and accurate cash handling.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) updates.
• Maintain store recovery: merchandise returns/go-backs and general upkeep.
• Support shrink and safety programs and SOP compliance.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
