Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Associate in Little Rock, AR to assist customers, stock shelves, and manage checkout duties. You will help customers locate products, enroll shoppers in Rewards, and support omni-channel services like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles preferred.
• Retail environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS & SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery processes.
• Support Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; project a positive image as a team member.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
