Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of similar or related work experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team in a retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations across the store.
• Plan and adjust work schedules; assign duties and ensure timely completion.
• Supervise store activities and assist in department manager absence.
• Train staff on store policies and procedures; provide ongoing education.
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend promotions or transfers.
• Enforce safety procedures and handle injury reporting as needed.
• Order merchandise, verify deliveries, and report discrepancies.
• Manage ad/display placement and ensure product quality and stock.
• Compile and review sales, inventory, and payroll data.
