Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and adjust work schedules; assign duties and monitor completion.
• Supervise store activities across departments in the manager's absence.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Train staff on store policies and procedures; provide ongoing education.
• Evaluate performance and make personnel recommendations as needed.
• Maintain safety procedures and complete incident reports as required.
• Manage merchandise orders, deliveries, and display quality.
• Ensure accurate payroll records and basic reporting.
