Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This role will also assume shift management in the absence of store leadership. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key duties include leading team members, ensuring strong customer service, processing orders and transfers, handling returns, and maintaining accurate merchandising and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Answer telephone according to policy and process BOP/ship-to-store and transfers promptly.
• Ensure orders and outside purchases are handled efficiently and documented correctly.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds accurately, and stage items properly.
• Invoice merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Monitor schedule adherence and clock-in/out according to policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure cash deposits and building.
• All other duties as assigned.
