Job summary

Qualifications

• Required: Strong communication skills.
• Desired: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to customer service programs.
• Handle phone inquiries per policy and process buy online/ship to store orders promptly.
• Oversee returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and manage merchandise flows.
