Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of store leadership and encourages bilingual candidates.

Responsibilities include leading staff to deliver excellent customer service, managing showroom performance, coordinating purchase orders and transfers, and ensuring accurate processing of returns and deposits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Desire Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts; knowledge of automotive systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Handle store operations including opening/closing duties, deposits, and security procedures.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub/store transfers, and outside purchases per procedure.
• Manage returns, exchanges, invoicing, and payment methods accurately.
