Job summary

O'REILLY AUTO PARTS in Utah is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of supervisors.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may help serve a diverse customer base. Responsibilities include leading store team members in customer service, handling returns, processing orders, and ensuring accurate invoicing and secure money

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred, automotive environment helpful.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Assist with store operations, including opening/closing duties and security procedures.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders promptly and contact customers on shipments.
• Handle returns and exchanges with accurate refunds and proper invoicing.
• Ensure merchandising, pricing, and promotions are properly executed.
