Job summary

The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and stage returned merchandise.
• Invoicing of all merchandise before it leaves the store, including core charges and warranties.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clock-in/out per policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, manage money/deposits, and secure the store and deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned.
