Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Desire: Retail sales experience, auto parts.
• Desire: Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• Desire: ASE Certification.
• Desire: Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom including program execution.
• Answer the telephone according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Ensure returns and exchanges processed efficiently with correct refunds.
• Invoice all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure staff clock-in/out per policy and follow posted schedule.
• Perform all opening/closing duties and bank deposits as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
