Responsibilities

• Manage store opening/closing duties and verify bank deposits.
• Ensure efficient processing of customer returns and exchanges.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and ensure team member adherence to work schedule.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to obtain RSS Certification

Education

Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts

Automotive systems and repair knowledge

ASE Certification

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
