Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Ohio is seeking a customer service oriented leader to supervise retail showroom operations and service levels for both retail and professional customers. You will ensure timely processing of buy-online/ship-to-store orders and coordinate transfers, returns, and invoicing.

The role requires strong communication, RSS certification, and ideally automotive knowledge. Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish speakers, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, including team member execution of customer service programs.
• Ensure the company telephone is answered according to policy.
• Process buy-online/ship-to-store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Process retail returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and stage returns.
• Invoice all merchandise including core charges and warranties before leaving the store.
• Coordinate with Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clock in/out.
