Aufgaben

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and ensure adherence to programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Process returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
• Invoicing of merchandise including core charges and warranties.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure proper scheduling, clock-ins, and security procedures.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end cash procedures.
