O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of management and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.

The position emphasizes leading by example, maintaining store appearance, and handling duties from opening/closing to daily banking, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone inquiries are answered per policy; manage transfers and orders; process returns and refunds accurately.
