Ideal for someone with 1-2 years of retail or customer-facing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers. You will review tickets, monitor alarms, provide status updates, assist customers and employees with basic questions, document issues, and escalate more complex matters.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working with ticketing systems and basic office technology
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to stay organized and respond calmly to changing priorities
• Loss prevention or asset protection experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Review, respond to, and update incoming service tickets
• Monitor alerts and alarms and follow established response procedures
• Provide timely status updates to internal teams
• Assist customers and employees with basic questions and service needs
• Document issues accurately and escalat[e] more complex matters
• Manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
