Job summary

Pinion Technology Core is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage client requests, dispatch tickets, monitor alerts, and keep clients and technicians informed. You will document activities and follow security processes, ensuring smooth service delivery across a diverse client base.

Hybrid work flexibility is offered, with compensation guidance of $22–$27 per hour. Strong communication and organization are essential to meet SLA expectations across varied environments.

Qualifications

• Customer service, coordination, dispatching, or administrative experience.
• Ability to prioritize requests, assess urgency, and make sound decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
• Comfort using multiple technology platforms and business systems.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and dispatch support tickets.
• Manage service requests, monitoring alerts, and technician schedules.
• Coordinate onsite and remote service appointments.
• Communicate status updates, scheduling changes, and service information to clients.
• Maintain client records, documentation, and service request forms.
• Follow established service delivery and security processes.
• Escalate critical issues and ensure service requests meet SLA expectations.
