Responsibilities include assisting with special orders, answering questions, resolving complaints, and ensuring adherence to store policies. This role requires strong communication and basic cash handling skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred some college coursework or related experience.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries and needs.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Answer customer questions and provide information about products and services.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues.
• Assist with special orders, rain checks, or store credits as needed.
• Operate POS systems and verify receipts or identification when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service counter area.
• Follow store policies and procedures for consistency.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
