Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a part-time Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. You may also participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift and move boxes, and work various shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Sixteen years of age or older per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, help them locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Support truck unload, stocking, planogram, and store recovery tasks.
• Engage in omnichannel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
