Job summary

The Michaels Companies Store in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist customers, and manage merchandise on the floor. Responsibilities include unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms to keep the store well-merchandised and in-stock.

You will engage customers with rewards program enrollments, support omni-channel processes, and follow SOPs while upholding a positive and respectful store environment. Weekend and early hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately.
• US applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties.
• Maintain store recovery and planograms; stock and in-stock store.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS & SFS) and enroll rewards.
• Handle cash and ensure checkout standards.
