Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a framing associate in Biddeford, ME. You will build relationships with customers, assist them in selecting framing options, and ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities include maintaining the framing department, operating the register, and supporting omni-channel processes while upholding store standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance to laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions and deliver sales results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find products.
