Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Promote a culture of safety by assessing and maintaining secure standards throughout the store, including exterior areas.
• Respond to and document security incidents promptly using the case management system.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques to defuse situations while protecting team members and guests.
• Assist with theft prevention and loss prevention activities in accordance with AP policies.
