Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• State Guard License is required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support Security Officers and Shift Leads.
• Manage performance, including coaching and corrective actions.
• Assist with hiring, training, and ongoing development of staff.
• Ensure proper scheduling, coverage, and accurate timekeeping.
• Oversee daily security operations and ensure compliance with post orders and policies.
• Conduct site patrols and inspections to maintain safety standards.
• Maintain reports, logs, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms; coordinate with local authorities as needed.
