Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; background and drug screening mandatory.
• Minimum 3–6 months in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV or access systems.
• State Guard license is required.
• Must present professionally and stay alert in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas or fixed post to monitor activity.
• Control access points and manage pedestrian/vehicle traffic.
• Identify and report suspicious activity or safety concerns.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and on-site incidents.
• Monitor CCTV and complete daily activity logs and reports.
• Greet and assist customers, employees, visitors on-site.
