Qualifications

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas.
• Observe and report unusual activity, potential hazards, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established security-related procedures.
• Assist with access control, visitor directions, and customer concerns while helping to deter unauthorized activity and maintain an orderly shopping environment.
