Fifth Third Bank seeks a seasoned leader to drive delivery of banking products and services across Retail, Securities and Insurance, supervising licensed bankers and driving sales performance.

This role emphasizes regulatory compliance, risk management, and education of the licensed banking team within an assigned territory, with travel as required and the opportunity to influence customer outcomes and team growth.

Qualifikationen

• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• Series SIE, 7, 66, 24, and insurance licenses required.
• Requires 7+ years' experience in a sales environment and financial industry.
• Requires strong verbal and written communications skills, excellent presentation skills, and strong PC skills.
• Must be able to collaboratively work in a team environment with subordinates, peers and upper management.
• This position requires SAFE Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System ("NMLS").
• Ability to travel required.

Aufgaben

• Coach assigned Preferred Relationship Managers/Advisors using consultative sales skills to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Provide sales management direction to Retail Licensed Bankers within Fifth Third Securities to ensure performance levels are met.
• Inspect documentation and reporting to manage the team including household reports, financial center P/Ls, FNA, credit queues and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Retail leadership and supporting business partners to assess financial needs.
• Facilitate educational updates for Licensed Bankers via seminars, conference calls, meetings or virtual offerings to meet objectives.
• Manage the licensing process for licensed banker candidates in the territory with the Manager of Bancorp Licensing Programs.
• Participate in onboarding of new licensed bankers including orientation and coursework.
• Maintain knowledge regarding Investment products distributed through the Retail channel.
• Responsible for all FTS supervisory duties within assigned territory
