Fifth Third Bank, National Association in Spring, TX is seeking a seasoned Sales and Coaching Leader for the Retail Banking team. You will oversee production, coach licensed bankers, and drive securities product sales to meet targets while delivering exceptional client service.

This role requires designing coaching sessions, leading client meetings, managing risk, and developing staff through training and mentorship to strengthen relationships and grow the book of business.

Qualifications

• Brokerage industry experience required.
• Series 7, 66 and state insurance licenses required.
• Variable Annuity license required.
• Travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct coaching sessions with retail bank employees.
• Develop client meetings to review accounts and close sales.
