Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Carmel, Indiana seeks a senior leader to drive consistent delivery of retail, securities and insurance products. You will coach Preferred Relationship Managers and align sales with regulatory requirements while partnering with Retail and Brokerage leadership to educate and achieve performance targets.

You will oversee licensing, onboarding, and ongoing training, ensuring compliance and strong customer outcomes across the territory.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• Series SIE, 7, 66, 24 licenses and insurance licenses required.
• 7+ years’ experience in a sales environment and financial industry.
• Strong knowledge of Retail and Brokerage policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills; excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach Preferred Relationship Managers/Advisors to identify customer needs and propose solutions.
• Provide sales management direction to Retail Licensed Bankers within Fifth Third Securities.
• Review documentation and reporting to manage the team including financial dashboards.
• Develop relationships with Retail leadership and partners for a holistic advisory approach.
• Facilitate licensing onboarding for licensed bankers and ongoing education.
