Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior Brokerage Industry Experience.
• Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses required.
• Variable Annuity license required.
• Motivated by commission sales and internal competitions.
• Ability to coach and develop a banking team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals while serving clients' best interests.
• Plan and conduct coaching sessions for retail bank staff.
• Develop meetings to review accounts and close sales with licensed bankers.
• Lead client meetings and referrals within the branch network.
• Prepare internal reports for sales tracking and performance.
