Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. in Culver City, CA is seeking a Scheduler to provide administrative support for client-site operations.

You will coordinate work schedules for all field operations and serve as a point of contact for site employees, coordinating with HR and Payroll. You will liaise with SIS leadership on scheduling protocols, manage records for accurate billing, and collaborate with the corporate security team during events.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year experience in office setting with clerical duties.
• Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by state law; all documentation and fees are the employee's responsibility unless noted.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and Shiftboard or other scheduling software/tools.
• Dependable team player with strong customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work any shifts Mon-Sun and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tracking of Specialist's scheduling for all designated posts, including updating schedules for all special requests
• Manage records to ensure accurate processing and billing
• Serve as point of contact for the client site's employees and liaison with HR and Payroll departments on their behalf
• Partner with Corporate security team members during event security details
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications: As a candidate you must have:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum one year experience in office setting with clerical or related duties
• Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certification; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and Shiftboard or other scheduling software/tools
• Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
• Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed
