Asurion’s Newport store is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Technician to bring friendly, knowledgeable customer service to tech-focused shoppers. You’ll earn $17.00 per hour plus uncapped sales bonuses and repair incentives, with paid training to build confidence in products and services.

Expect to help customers, demonstrate Serve, Solve, Sell training, and support basic device troubleshooting and repairs as needed.

• Learn and assist with device troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic repairs as needed.


• Balance front-of-house customer interactions with back-of-house tech and inventory tasks.

• Multitask confidently across customer service, sales, and technology.

To be successful at uBreakiFix, you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales – at least 1 year.


• A natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for.


• A basic knowledge of electronic devices (nice to have, not required).


• Flexibility to work part-time retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.


• Comfort juggling sales conversations, customer support, and hand-on tech work.
