Asurion is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Technician for uBreakiFix in Cranberry Township. You’ll blend customer service with tech know-how, helping customers while learning and growing in a flexible retail role.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with uncapped sales and repair incentives. Paid training is provided to help you become confident with devices and repairs, while ongoing development supports your career goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work part-time including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of electronic devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face of the store, delivering friendly, human-centered service.

To be successful at uBreakiFix, you'll bring:

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales - at least 1 year.
• A natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
• A basic knowledge of electronic devices (nice to have, not required).
• Flexibility to work part-time retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort juggling sales conversations, customer support, and hand-on tech work.
