Asurion is partnering with uBreakiFix in Joplin to hire a Retail Sales Technician who welcomes customers, provides personalized experiences, and introduces them to Asurion’s tech products and services.

You’ll learn repair basics, upsell offerings, work toward achievable sales goals, and receive paid training to grow your tech know-how while supporting a friendly retail team.

Starting pay is $16.25/hr with unlimited bonus potential and benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales – at least 1 year.
• A natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
• A basic knowledge of electronic devices (nice to have, not required).
• Flexibility to work retail store hours and the ability to multitask easily.
