Job summary

Asurion's Niagara Falls, NY location is seeking a Retail Sales Technician to help customers repair and learn about their tech devices. You’ll be the face of Asurion in-store, delivering personalized service while solving problems and selling solutions that fit customer needs.

You’ll provide technical expertise, troubleshoot devices, and upsell Asurion products through our serve, solve, and sell approach. A friendly, fast-paced environment offers training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 6+ months of product service support or technology repair experience.
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass background check (criminal and drug test).

$17.85 per hour + unlimited sales bonus potential

Starting pay is at $17.85 per hour + uncapped sales & repair incentive. Average incentive potential is $607/month, with unlimited earning potential!

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:
