Job summary

Asurion seeks a Retail Sales Technician for our O'Fallon, MO store. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot and repair consumer electronics while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be the face of Asurion, delivering personalized experiences and driving sales through the 'serve, solve, and sell' approach. This role includes increasing product adoption and earning potential via uncapped monthly bonuses and a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 6+ months of experience with product service support or technology repair (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A passing background check (criminal and drug test).
