Asurion is seeking a Retail Sales Technician to troubleshoot and repair customer devices, while delivering personalized service. You will be the face of Asurion, driving sales with the serve, solve, and sell approach and supporting in-store initiatives.

Starting pay is $16.25 per hour with uncapped incentive potential, including average monthly incentives. The role requires flexible weekend/holiday scheduling and offers ongoing training and career growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 6+ months of experience with product service support or technology repair (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems.

Retail Sales Technician

Starting pay is at $16.25 per hour + uncapped sales & repair incentive. Average incentive potential is $607/month, with unlimited earning potential!

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronic devices
• Be the face of Asurion and deliver award‑winning, personalized customer experiences
• Enhance customer experience with our ‘serve, solve, and sell’ method, helping bring the Asurion Connected Home product to all customers
• Upsell Asurion product and achieve sales goals
• Contribute & support in market, based on needs of the business and store locations
• Efficiently multitask in a dynamic retail environment
• Self‑manage and set priorities

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service/retail sales experience
• 6+ months of experience with product service support or technology repair (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• A passing background check (criminal and drug test)
