Job summary

Asurion's uBreakiFix retail stores are hiring a Retail Sales Technician to provide friendly tech support and top‑notch customer service. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with uncapped sales and repair incentives, plus an average monthly incentive of about $607.

You will diagnose, repair, and explain devices, while upselling products and delivering an exceptional in‑store experience. You should have 1+ year of customer service or retail sales experience, basic knowledge of mobile devices, and the

• 6+ months of experience with product service support or technology repair (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• A passing background check (criminal and drug test).
