Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate in North Carolina. The role focuses on delivering exceptional Guest service, assisting shoppers with merchandise, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. You will handle sales, cashier tasks, and participate in merchandising and operations to support daily store goals.

No prior experience required. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth, benefits after eligibility, and a focus on teamwork and customer care.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, payment and exchanges.
• Open and close cash registers and balance drawers.
• Follow Loss Prevention guidelines and security practices.
• Perform merchandising tasks and support Buckle’s mission daily.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Teammate Recruiting, Training and Development: support positive floor culture.
• Visual Merchandise Management: present merchandise to maximize sales.
• Operations: flexible schedule, POS procedures, and store cleanliness.
• Equally handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
