Buckle is opening a brand new store at the Carolina Premium Outlets in Smithfield, NC, and we are hiring for a Freight Coordinator to support store operations. The role helps ensure accurate shipments, proper packing, and efficient backroom processes while upholding Buckle’s service standards.

No prior experience is required; 18+ years of age is requested. The position offers performance bonuses, an employee assistance program, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsabilités

• Verify merchandise invoices against items received to ensure shipments are correct.
• Process alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx.
• Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Ensure transfers are processed through the register and match items shipped.
• Pack items for Guests and other stores with proper presentation.
• Hang and fold merchandise and steam when necessary.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of POS software.
• Receive freight boxes and store transfers through register.
• Maintain shipment-related paperwork.
• Create FedEx labels for outgoing packages and sort by transit time.
• Submit recalls and RTVs weekly.
• Keep supplies in stock and organized (boxes, bags, paper, etc.).
• Organize fixtures and shelving.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report policy violations to Store Manager/HR in a timely manner.
• Provide feedback to leadership regarding merchandise handling.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and company policies.
• Fulfill mission with high customer service and team spirit.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
