Qualifications

• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience in training and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong ability to drive sales and deliver an unforgettable guest experience.
• Experience recruiting, hiring and developing store staff.
• Knowledge of employment law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Motivate and inspire your team through AE's core values and model top customer service standards.
• Recruit, hire, and train strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs.
• Provide real-time coaching, conduct performance reviews, and drive team engagement.
• Maintain visual standards across zones and ensure fittings rooms are guest-ready.
• Uphold store safety and asset protection standards and adhere to AE policies.
