Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead, Sales (Part Time) in Frisco to drive memorable in-store experiences and support daily store operations.

You'll guide a sales team, assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service, while hitting personal and team goals through effective selling and engagement.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of retail experience and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• 18 years or older.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and collaborate with Store Management to meet sales goals.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, merchandising, and stockroom operations.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection and inventory control.
• Open and close procedures, cash handling, and store recovery standards.
• Stay informed about product launches and brand initiatives to engage customers.
