Job summary

Momofuku Goods is seeking a Sales Support Analyst, Retail to manage the end-to-end process for new-item and promotional submissions across retailer accounts. You will coordinate item data, pricing, packaging and approvals, working with Account Managers, brokers and Finance to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will own the promotional calendar, monitor submissions, and help improve SOPs and reporting. This role requires strong Excel/Sheets skills and a detail-oriented, multi-account mindset in

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in CPG sales support, account coordination, sales admin, brokerage or related commercial role.
• Experience preparing retailer new-item forms, promotional submissions and customer documentation.
• Experience building or improving SOPs, trackers, workflows or other operating processes.
• Experience navigating retailer portals and customer systems.
• Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets capability for validation, reconciliation and summarization.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple customers, submissions and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process for new-item setup across retail customers, including inputs, submissions, validation and approvals.
• Collect, review and validate item, pricing, packaging and customer information; identify gaps and resolve with Account Managers, brokers and Finance.
• Develop and manage SOPs for new-item and promotional submissions; establish requirements and escalation paths.
• Own master promotional calendar and ensure timing aligns with retailer programs; flag conflicts.
• Monitor submission quality, resolve issues, and improve processes with leadership.
• Collaborate with FP&A to validate pricing and deductions for accuracy.
