Qualifications

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers and customer queue triage during heavy traffic.
• Lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction to create a positive, memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product/service recommendations.
• Provide product benefits and solutions to meet customer needs and build connections with guests.
